Affirmation #15 — I feel what I feel

May 19, 2019May 13, 2019 suninthespring

IMG_0263

I can be sad on a sunny day, or happy on a dreary day.

I can be happy when I’m grieving.

I can be sad when my life looks fine from the outside.

I feel what I feel!
